AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Syracuse, NY, to partner with the store manager and oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and sales performance. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants and drive exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate promotions and events, with comprehensive training to prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
