Job summary

AT&T in Valley Stream, NY is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and partner with the store manager to drive sales and service excellence.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, support merchandising and product launches, and help achieve aggressive sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 40-hour weeks with comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers earn between $57,000 and $85,600 annual salaries, plus $18,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that come with working at AT&T. An individual's starting salary within this range may depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
