No prior AI/ML experience is required—we'll train you on the workflow. Responsibilities include writing expert Russian prompts, applying guidelines to classify prompts, and flagging adversarial phrasings with documented reasoning.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) required, with business-level English.
• Bachelor’s degree or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Good judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Russian across sensitive topic areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and document the reasoning behind judgments.
