Qualifications

• Relevant SLP experience.
• Current CA state SLP license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• State and contract-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews for diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, language delays, and language disorders.
• Provide counseling to individuals and families addressing communication challenges.
• Train individuals in the use of assistive communication technologies.
• Conduct screenings to identify those at risk and implement preventive measures.
