Mattress Firm is seeking a sales-oriented associate to support customers across stores in Mamaroneck, Port Chester, Yonkers and White Plains. The role emphasizes bilingual communication (Spanish preferred) and delivering expert product knowledge to help customers find the right sleep solutions.

Responsibilities include building lasting relationships, driving sales, and maintaining post-purchase engagement while aligning with company values.

• Create an environment where the customer is central and build strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send reminders, etc.).
• Monitor competitor activity and promotions to inform customers and sales strategy.
• Leverage social media to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
