Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year college.
• Texas Educator Certification, or willingness to join ACP to obtain bilingual certification.
• Bilingual Spanish (Fluent).

• Ability to instruct students using diverse technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous lessons in your content area for blended learning.
• Set ambitious goals and monitor student progress with regular feedback.
• Track student growth using data and coach feedback to create growth plans.
• Communicate regularly with families via phone, video, email.
• Create a conducive classroom environment for learning and development.
• Collaborate with co-planners on daily lesson plans and resources.
• Meet deadlines for lesson plans, grades, and work samples.
• Provide supervision duties to support student safety.
