The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility management.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all janitorial activities, schedules, tasks and staff assignments.
• Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed and inspections passed.
• Lead, train and supervise a team of janitors and support staff.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
• Address staffing shortages, equipment issues, and client feedback.
• Maintain facility cleanliness standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage payroll, hours, and budget to stay within financial targets.
• Implement cost-saving measures and monitor supply usage.
• Serve as primary client liaison and provide regular performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
