Cleaning Pro Group is seeking a Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial crews in the Houston area. The role requires supervision of staff, ensuring services meet client specifications, and maintaining high cleaning standards across multiple commercial sites.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both employees and clients in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and support janitorial employees at assigned client locations.
• Ensure all cleaning services are completed according to company standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality-control checks.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Assign daily duties and monitor employee performance.
• Manage employee attendance, schedules, call-outs, and coverage when needed.
• Communicate with cleaning crews in English and Spanish.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and promptly address service issues or special requests.
