Bilingual SI/ABA Early Intervention Provider

Location: New York City & Westchester, NY

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Bilingual Early Intervention Providers specializing in Special Instruction (SI) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our team serving families in NYC and Westchester. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and their families through evidence-based early intervention services, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

As an SI/ABA Early Intervention Provider, you will deliver individualized early intervention services to children ages 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities. You will utilize your expertise in Special Instruction techniques and ABA methodologies to support children’s developmental progress and help families build skills to support their child’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct early intervention services using SI and ABA approaches in home and community settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Track and document progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in Special Instruction (SI) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Background in early childhood development, special education, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with New York State Early Intervention Program requirements and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with families and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule including home visits.
• Valid Teaching license and reliable transportation preferred for travel within NYC and Westchester.
• Must be bilingual, Spanish is preferred.
