Job summary

Roots To Grow is seeking a Bilingual SI/ABA Early Intervention Provider to serve children aged 0–3 in New York City and Westchester. You will deliver individualized SI/ABA services in home and community settings, assess needs, and develop tailored treatment plans to support child development and family growth.

Applicants should have SI/ABA experience, a background in ECD or related fields, and strong communication skills to work with families and teams.

Qualifications

• SI/ABA experience or training required.
• Background in early childhood development, special education, OT, SLP, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with New York State Early Intervention Program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct SI/ABA early intervention services in home and community settings.
• Assess children and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
