Job summary

C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. This role requires computer skills and bilingual Chinese + English, with duties in weighing inbound material, documenting shipments, and coordinating with suppliers.

Based in multiple U.S. locations (Kansas City, Chicago, Houston or Atlanta), the position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with salary ranging from $45K to $70K DOE and benefits including insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or college degree.
Bilingual in Chinese + English.
Must be proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented.
Can work under high time pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision.
Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft suites.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database.
Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.
Answer supplier concerns as they arise.
Ensure correct labels are properly placed on all inbound material.
Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.
Plan containers and do Quality control.
Complete packing list and invoice to customer.
Communicate with shipping team (overseas) about outbound materials.
Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.
