Job summary

Falcon Farms, a leading flower distributor, is seeking an Office Clerk for Shipping & Receiving in Coppell, TX. The role supports inventory control, scheduling, and front desk tasks while coordinating with the warehouse team. Bilingual English/Spanish and a valid work permit are required.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekend flexibility a plus. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits are included after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred/required.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Scan inbound and outbound product to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track and dispatch trucks for shipping/receiving.
• Receive, inspect, and unpack deliveries.
• Make appointments for incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Report and record damaged pallets.
• Handle front desk duties and answer calls.
• Manage invoices and other expense records.
• Maintain communication between the shipping and receiving departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
