Job summary

Newport Dunes Resort seeks a Housekeeping and Grounds Supervisor to maintain the property in peak condition. You will manage 2–3 supervisors and a team of 23–35 employees across housekeeping and grounds, directing daily operations and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior hotel/motel property management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a team of housekeeping and grounds employees.
• Ability to communicate with Management, Guests, Clients, and Personnel.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily operations.
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping and grounds operations.
• Supervise 2–3 supervisors and 23–35 frontline staff.
• Direct and evaluate overall housekeeping and grounds performance.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members; assign and direct work; document performance.
