Qualifications

2+ years of security-related experience.
Fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law and company policy.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities in clear and timely reports.
