Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to source, recruit, and screen skilled trades professionals such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers during peak hiring periods. You will generate large candidate volumes, reach out to prospects, and qualify candidates to build a strong shortlist for evaluation and placement.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening skilled trades candidates.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume candidate flow and outbound outreach.
• Strong pipeline development and management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools for tracking and engagement.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
