Job summary

Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a part-time, school-based position in Mont Belvieu, TX. The role involves in-person therapy with 37 elementary students, two days per week, starting November 30 and running through March 8.

Starting SLPA pay is $42/hr. The position requires current Texas SLPA licensure, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 2 years of SLPA experience providing speech services to school-aged children.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice in Texas as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant / SLPA
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized, accredited college or university
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a SLPA providing speech therapy services to school-aged children

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to school students (elementary)
• Consult with school staff on speech-language pathology goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support student progress
