Shore Educational Collaborative's new program in Cambridge, a school for children with disabilities from pre-kindergarten to age 22, is seeking an energetic, dedicated and flexible professional with exemplary customer service skills willing to support a school-wide culture of respect and achievement with an appreciation of diversity. The receptionist is the first point of contact for families and students, as well as a vital resource to the school community. The receptionist should always exhibit professionalism, treat people with respect, and be firm but compassionate in how they address the day-to-day challenges of a rigorous and purposeful school.
This position will be located at the entrance of a leased space in Cambridge, so the candidate must be comfortable greeting and building professional relationships with community members in addition to Shore families and staff.
