Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is hiring a School Based Therapist to deliver comprehensive mental health services in an elementary school setting. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing support, collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

This role requires a Master's in behavioral sciences, MN licensure progression, and fluent English/Spanish communication. In-person, 1.0 FTE with flexible scheduling and meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure or on licensure track: MN LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with ability to provide services in either language.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Minimum of one year experience with children and adolescents.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans and documentation.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with families, case managers, school staff and other professionals.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and work with a collaborative team.
