• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and help resolve urgent appointment needs.
• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to keep daily scheduling operations running smoothly.

Pay: $20–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 6 Months
Work Setting: 100% On-Site

What You'll Do

Requirements

Excellent telephone and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Reliable personal transportation for daily commute

Preferred

Previous experience with medical scheduling, patient coordination, or healthcare administration

Experience working with seniors or in an adult care environment

Ability to identify scheduling issues and help improve workflows

Pay: $20–$21/hour
Contract: 6-month assignment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
