Job summary

Athens Services is hiring a Weigh Master to manage all aspects of our truck weighing process. You will weigh trucks, enter data into a computerized system, run reports, and file records. Ensure accurate documentation of inbound and outbound scale transactions while maintaining logs and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities include inspecting paperwork, recording weights, and generating daily reports. A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred to

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Four years’ experience working with computerized scale systems and other similar software and equipment.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks and record all information in a computerized weighing system.
• Run reports and file documentation for inbound and outbound scale transactions.
• Inspect paperwork and loads for inbound and outbound trucks; monitor vehicle gross, tare and net weights.
• Complete daily reports; maintain logs and spreadsheets.
