Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Korean bilingual Senior ERP Consultant specializing in SAP SD to guide process design, document current workflows, and optimize SAP logistics for Samsung Electronics across North America.

You will partner with Samsung HQ to implement and support SAP SD/EDI requirements, while delivering training and ongoing support. The role requires 8+ years in SAP, S/4HANA experience, and strong project-management skills, with on-call troubleshooting and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a SAP consultant (functional or business)
• Hands-on configuration and design in S/4HANA
• Experience with EDI document types and standards/architecture
• Project management experience across full lifecycle implementations
• Understanding of SDLC and IT practices/methodologies
• Strong communication with HQ (Korean/English) required

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to define and design processes to meet customer needs
• Document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend SAP improvements
• Give SAP Logistics module support across North America for Samsung Electronics sites
• Deliver training and documentation, maintain relationships for ongoing support
• Monitor system issues and report on performance vs standards
• Provide on-call troubleshooting and timely issue resolution
