Job summary

Hirano America, Inc. in the Atlanta area (Norcross, GA) seeks a bilingual Sales Representative to serve as the primary North American contact for customers using Hirano Tecseed equipment.

The role focuses on existing customer relationships and after-sales service coordination. You will coordinate maintenance, parts, and modification requests with customers and the Japan headquarters, maintain records, assist quotations and billing, and support travel logistics for Japan staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Japanese and English communication is required
• Experience in manufacturing, machinery or B2B sales is preferred
• Strong customer-facing, coordination and service-support skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and basic office software
• Willingness to travel 10–20% within US/Canada

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary North American contact for customers using Hirano Tecseed equipment
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, parts and modification requests with customers and Japan HQ
• Maintain installed-base records and support quotations and billing documentation
• Coordinate schedules among service engineers, partners and customers
• Support travel logistics for visiting staff from Japan and communicate in English
