You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money—while staying motivated in a fast-paced, coached environment. Fluent in English and Spanish required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in inbound/outbound calls and in-person interactions.
• Ask direct questions and overcome objections to guide customers toward decisions.
