You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. AGM TOOLS is an expanding and ambitious company with 12 locations across the USA, including Texas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen, Dallas), Oklahoma, Arkansas, South Florida (Pompano Beach, Orlando), and North Carolina (Raleigh, Charlotte).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Learn the system, products, usage, and pricing
• Make daily visits to customers
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues
• Document and update customer records
• Manage credit information provided by customers
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services for training
• Achieve monthly sales goals to earn commissions
