Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Champaign, IL to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions in English and Spanish. You’ll represent the Cricket brand with professionalism, assist store leadership, and contribute to achieving sales goals and KPIs.

The role offers training and paths for upward mobility within a large retail network. Unlimited earning potential via commission, with benefits including PTO after 90 days and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages, English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and strong attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location required.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and may work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
