Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Lansing, MI is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. This role requires delivering outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and guiding them to the best wireless solutions.

You will represent Cricket’s brand with professionalism, contribute to store goals, and enjoy an unlimited earning potential through our commission plans, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
