Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our Cricket wireless team. You will serve customers by finding the best solutions and delivering friendly, professional service.

We offer an unlimited earning potential with commission, comprehensive benefits after 90 days, and a clear path to leadership. You must be bilingual (English and Spanish), with reliable transportation and the ability to work 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales background helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.

• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
