Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with day-to-day store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential commission bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events or community activities to support growth.
