The position involves inbound and outbound calls, a 40-hour work week including Saturdays, and training with coaching. Compensation includes hourly pay and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or collections preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities
