Dack is seeking an Export Sales Representative based in New York to develop international buyers for their portfolio. This position requires native or near-native fluency in specific languages alongside English.
The role involves engaging with buyers, negotiating trade contracts, and expanding into sourcing. The ideal candidate should have a persuasive mindset, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
DACK Trading LLC is a U.S.-based physical commodity trading company that sources and exports agricultural products to more than 60 markets worldwide. Our portfolio spans grains, pulses, animal feed and nutrition products, dairy, sugar, and nuts, with an established buyer network across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. We are growing our New York sales operation and looking for an Export Sales Representative to develop international buyers and drive new business.
This role requires native or near-native fluency in one of the following languages, in addition to English: Hindi, Arabic, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Turkish, Mandarin, or French. Applicants must speak at least one of these languages — applications without one of the listed languages will not be considered. You'll be matched to the buyer market that fits your language.
You'll be assigned a portfolio of buyers in your language market, spanning industrial, wholesale, and retail profiles. Your day-to-day centers on building relationships, discussing market conditions, and understanding buyers' import needs. As trust develops, buyers share their demand, and you'll work with the trading team — who provide pricing and specs — to lead negotiations and convert each demand into a confirmed sales contract. Over time, you'll expand into the sourcing side, negotiating with suppliers like processors, packers, growers, and grain elevators. Trade has two core sides: supply and demand. A strong grasp of logistics and how grains move through the global market is critical to success.
