Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and attract new customers. You will deliver white-glove customer service in stores and in customers' homes, and help drive deliveries and pickups with a winning, safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities include merchandising an inviting store, maintaining organization, and ensuring excellent guest experiences while following all loading, unloading, and installation procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
