Job summary

Mangone Law Firm is seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead and motivate a remote sales team, improve conversion rates, and ensure high-quality lead qualification. You will collaborate with Marketing to optimize the funnel and design KPI dashboards to guide decisions.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, opportunities for professional development, and PTO after 12 months, with a focus on making a meaningful impact on clients seeking legal immigration services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish and English (B2 level).
• Leadership to coordinate and motivate sales teams, preferably in remote environments.
• Experience implementing strategies to boost lead-to-sales conversion.
• Ability to design quarterly goals and manage high-availability schedules.
• Daily sales coaching using high-performance methodologies such as Cardone.
• Supervise client acquisition flow and lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team daily, driving them to exceed targets.
• Implement funnel strategies to raise monthly conversion by at least 5 percentage points.
• Ensure 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified with Marketing.
• Act as Guardian of the Phone, reviewing and mitigating missed calls from potential clients.
• Design and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly Sales Boulders for strategic decisions.

What are we looking for in you?

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Coaching: You will execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the team to exceed their commercial targets.
• Funnel Optimization: You will implement strategies to raise the monthly conversion rate by at least 5 percentage points.
• Lead Quality Oversight: You will ensure that 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing team.
• Missed Call Mitigation: You will serve as the “Guardian of the Phone,” actively reviewing and mitigating missed calls from potential clients to ensure no one goes unanswered.
• Data Mastery: You will design and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly “Sales Boulders” to guide strategic decision-making.
