Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique advertising needs.
  • Design customized advertising solutions aligned with clients’ marketing goals.
  • Negotiate and close advertising contracts that deliver long-term value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to provide strategic guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or marketing.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions that address specific client goals.
  • Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
