Job summary

Norsan Media in the Southeast and beyond is seeking a results-driven bilingual Sales Consultant to connect local businesses with radio, print, digital and events advertising solutions.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, tailor campaigns, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns while staying ahead of market trends. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven sales experience in media/advertising or marketing.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop tailored solutions addressing client goals.
• Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
