Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend ACE products and services
• Communicate effectively, build trust, and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle services such as cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines
• Support store performance and collaborate with team to serve customers
