Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish welcomed in many markets.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships.
• Handle cash, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services as available per store.
• Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations.
