TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate in Fountain Valley to provide exceptional customer service to chefs, restaurant owners, and cooking enthusiasts. The role emphasizes accurate transactions, upselling, and building relationships with customers on the sales floor.

You will balance the cash register, process refunds or exchanges as needed, and work to meet weekly sales goals while maintaining a positive shopping environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for daily interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cashier and customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent military/practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional chefs, restaurant owners, and cooking enthusiasts with purchases at the counter.
• Proactively communicate with vendors and customers to facilitate special orders.
• Provide active upselling on the sales floor to enhance customer orders and increase revenue.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and follow up on quotes/bids.
• Balance the cash register and provide receipts to every customer.
