Job summary

Aaron’s – The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to energize the showroom floor by engaging customers and helping them find the right products.

The role includes assisting with merchandising, cleaning, organizing and occasional moving of merchandise, with training and tools provided to perform tasks safely. The position offers an hourly wage of $15.55 to $16.75 plus incentive pay based on performance, and benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
