Aaron’s is a leading sales and lease-to-own retailer with a team-focused, high-energy culture. The Sales Associate role in Chicago offers an hourly range of $17.05 to $21.72 with incentive pay based on performance, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include engaging customers on the showroom floor, helping them find products, and assisting with store tasks. Eligible benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
