Pohanka Family of Dealerships is seeking a dynamic sales associate for its Tomball, TX location. The role focuses on greeting customers, guiding vehicle selections, and clearly communicating product benefits to close deals.

The position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, high energy, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling bilingual customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist clients entering the showroom or sales lot.
• Help clients select a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe optional equipment available for client purchases.
• Build rapport, set up appointments, and maintain client follow-up via calls and emails.
• Provide strong customer service throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any client who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for clientpurchase.

• Able to make phone calls and send out consistent emails to clients.
