Mobilelink USA in Victoria, TX, is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The role focuses on providing tailored wireless solutions and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Training will be provided; you will help customers with Cricket Wireless offerings, work toward sales KPIs, and participate in district store rotations as needed. This position is full-time or part-time with benefits after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• As part of this role, employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
• These events support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Employees will be notified in advance; participation is a condition of employment.
• Duties at such events may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping with event setup or breakdown.
