Mobilelink, Cricket Wireless’ largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team in Forrest City, AR. You will help customers find the right wireless solutions, provide outstanding service, and contribute to a dynamic, earning-focused sales culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Support store operations and duties as needed.
• Aim to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Participate in outside events and community activities as required.
• Receive notice for events; participation is part of employment.
