Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Stow, OH is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate (English/Spanish) to join our team. This role blends exceptional customer service with in-store sales, helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right mobile solutions.

You’ll work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with unlimited earning potential and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, able to provide excellent customer service.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking.
• Require to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
