Mobilelink USA is hiring a bilingual Sales Advocate in Overland, MO to serve customers with the Cricket brand. This role offers a base salary plus commission with strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires English and Spanish fluency, excellent customer service, and the ability to work 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills; attitude matters.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location and be open to multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Job Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Working Conditions
