Job summary

GT’s Living Foods, a leading health and wellness company, seeks a Safety Specialist to develop and implement safety programs that protect the workforce and promote a healthy work environment. The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and proactive safety leadership.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Safety Management or CSP, have 2+ years of related experience, be bilingual in Spanish, and be proficient with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or CSP certified.
• 2+ years of job-related experience.
• Bi-lingual; speak, read & write Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and technical advice to both management and employees.
• Ensures compliance with all Federal, State & local laws and regulations.
• Reviews, updates, and communicates safety procedures.
• Promotes employee safety awareness by coordinating and facilitating engaging training.
• Executes tactical strategy of Company Safety Program.
