Job summary

Sinacola is seeking a Safety Manager to foster a safety-driven culture across project sites and organizational units. You will plan, coordinate, and implement safety, health, and environmental programs in construction/excavation settings while mitigating risks and interfacing with third-party insurers and medical providers.

The role requires 5+ years of safety management, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management in general industry and construction environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk management.
• Strong leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved safety programs and loss prevention measures.
• Lead safety training delivery and scheduling for new hires.
• Review plans to identify safety requirements and risk controls.
• Investigate incidents and close corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Rotate weekend on-call schedule as needed.
