Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction Certification required
• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish for field support
• Experience conducting field audits, inspections, and hazard assessments

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and field safety support for electrical construction activities
• Maintain a visible safety presence in active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Assist with safety documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting
• Monitor electrical installation activities and contractor work practices
• Review JHAs, permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure OSHA and project safety requirements are met
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Coach craft personnel on safe work practices and safety culture
• Coordinate safety activities with project management and subcontractors
• Support orientations, toolbox talks, and project safety meetings
• Promote proactive safety culture across the project
