Precision Walls is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator with OSHA 30 to join our team in our Southeast operations. You will lead safety programs, perform inspections, and train field personnel on equipment like Hilti tools, MEWPs, and forklifts.

This role supports job start-up safety planning and ensures OSHA compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in commercial construction safety, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate orientations and safety assessments for a growing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficient with safety documentation and field training.
• Ability to conduct orientations and safety assessments.

Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety checklist inspections and field trainings.
• Conduct new hire orientations and skill assessments.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on equipment.
• Create start-up safety documentation for new jobs.
• Ensure a safe workplace adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• Support injured employees and incident reporting.
