Job summary

Ole in San Antonio, TX is seeking a bilingual Safety Coordinator to ensure EHSS compliance, lead incident investigations, and coordinate regulatory reporting across OSHA, EPA, and related agencies. The role emphasizes continuous safety improvements and staff engagement to maintain a safe work environment.

The position requires 2–3 years of manufacturing safety experience, OSHA 30 certification, and a proactive approach to health, safety, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• OSHA 511/510 (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor that the EHSS plan is continuously in compliance.
• Provide support for line management to meet the facility’s EHSS goals.
• Advise Department Management on applicable EHSS legal requirements.
• Lead and coordinate site safety audits and incident investigations.
• Maintain records for OSHA, EPA and other regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate and track progress of government regulations compliance.
