Job summary

Aristeo Construction seeks an experienced safety professional to monitor and improve safety across field operations. You will develop site-specific health programs, conduct orientations, and produce safety reports to reduce risks.

The role requires leadership, bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred), and proficiency with MS Office. OSHA 510 and related safety certifications are preferred, with an emphasis on proactive safety solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in safety or related field required or substituted by experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree
• OSHA 510 certification ideal
• Safety certifications preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety for all field operations and provide proactive safety solutions
• Complete record keeping as required
• Perform site orientations
• Develop safety reports, training, and site-specific health and safety programs
• Conduct site inspections, observations, and process reviews
• Act as point of contact for safety issues and inquiries and ensure OSHA compliance
• Review subcontractor safety policies
• Assist with OSHA correspondence
• Assist with pre-task analysis process
